Terms and conditions
Scope
These terms apply to the use of flowpilot.site and to services provided by FlowPilot: workflow automation, AI automation, API and software integration, custom programming, technology consulting, and process optimisation. Specific projects are also governed by the written scope, timeline, and price agreed for that project, which takes precedence where it differs from these terms.
Website content
Information on this website, including described solutions and workflow examples, is provided for general information. Examples shown are conceptual illustrations of possible work, not records of completed client projects or promised outcomes.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not create a contract. Work begins only once scope and terms are confirmed in writing by both sides.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your processes and systems, for the licences and subscriptions of third-party tools used in your solution, and for granting the access needed for agreed work. Delays in access or feedback may affect timelines.
Third-party platforms
Automations and integrations often depend on external platforms and APIs that we do not control. Changes to those services, their pricing, or their availability can affect a solution. We will advise on maintenance options, but we are not responsible for third-party outages or breaking changes.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule, and currency are set out in the agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, custom components developed and paid for under a project may be used by the client for the purpose they were built for. FlowPilot retains rights to its own pre-existing methods, tools, and reusable code. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences.
Confidentiality
Both sides keep confidential the non-public business information shared during a project and use it only for the purposes of that project.
Warranties and liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee specific commercial results, savings, or uninterrupted operation of systems that depend on third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
Either side may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed up to that point, and any expenses already committed, remain payable.
